Included in the rental fee is the use of our exclusive map and destination guide. Our guide has maps of the local waterways and Cape Coral Canals along with information on local points of interest. We have also included directions and menus for many local waterfront restaurants!

Coolers and vest style lifejackets are available on request at no additional charge. (The standard orange lifejackets are already on board).

We don't charge any additional fees for check in/out or boat cleaning, but should the boat be returned in a filthy condition, especially if used for fishing, then we reserve the right to make an appropriate cleaning charge of no less than $50 and no more than $100.

We also provide delivery and pick up for Cape Coral - $75, Ft. Myers/N. Ft. Myers - $100, Sanibel/Captiva/St James City - $150, Ft. Myers Beach/Other Pine Island- $200, North Captiva - $250. These charges include fuel used to get the boat to your location and back to one of our locations. Please note:  We do not deliver to North Cape Coral unless it is in Burnt Store Marina due to water conditions.   N. Cape Coral renters can get a slip at Cape Harbour Marina for a nominal charge and do there boating from there.

We also have Watersports Equipment and Fishing Equipment available for rent.
Watersports available for Odysea, Shellseeker, and Sundancer.
Fishing available for Reel Banana, Explorer, Islander, and Shellseeker.

A 20% deposit is required to hold your reservation. We accept personal checks and all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

All of our boats are insured with $300,000 third party liability insurance and complete hull damage insurance with a $1000 deductible. There is no additional charge for this insurance. Operation of the vessel is only permitted between sunrise and sunset. Theft is the responsibility of the renter only.

All boats are covered by TowBoat's commercial cover providing tow facilities at $170/hour for all breakdowns, no fuel and grounding of the boat. Towboat offers an optional rental policy for totally free towing for all eventualities for $35 extra if taken at delivery of the boat.

All Renters must be 25 years of age or older.

Our cancellation policy is a full refund of the deposit if cancellation is received in writing one calendar month or more prior to the rental start date. We can not refund deposits when cancellation notice is received less than one calendar month before the rental start date. We can not accept cancellation of any rental days once the rental has commenced.
