Included in the rental fee is the use of maps and a destination guide. Our guide has maps of the local waterways and Cape Coral Canals along with information on local points of interest and many local waterfront restaurants you can dock up to! The above instructions are available at no additional cost to the renter.  Driver must have driven boats before and have experience operating a powerboat.

 

Vest style life jackets are available on request at no additional charge. (The standard orange life jackets are already on board).  Every boat is also equipped with a Garmin GPS Marine navigation unit, four  lines, two fenders, a boat hook, front and rear anchors, float-able throw cushion, horn, flares and first aid kit. There is a cooler on every boat for food or beverages (not fish / bait). Sorry, we do not have toilets on any of our boats.

We don’t charge any additional fees for check in/out or boat cleaning. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee if the boat is returned excessively dirty.

We also offer an optional delivery and pick up service to your dock in Cape Coral – $200-$350, depending on the location. The optional delivery service is for multi-day rentals of 3 consecutive days or more. Otherwise, we are located on the water with Gulf Access and you can pick the boat up at our dock. Please note: Overnight rentals must be in Cape Coral and some close by areas of Fort Myers only (not allowed in NW Cape Coral, Matlacha, Captiva, N. Captiva, Cabbage Key or Cayo Costa or houses located directly on the Caloosahatchee River).

Fishing allowed on our Reel Banana and Explorer 150F only.

A 20% deposit is required to hold your reservation and is non-refundable within 30 days of rental. We accept cash and all major credit cards.

The renter is responsible for any and all damage to the rental vessels.  Operation of the vessel is only permitted between sunrise and sunset if you have a multiple day rental. Operation of our vessels in seas with wave heights greater than 2.5 ft. is considered irresponsible and negligent and therefore renter's responsibility for catastrophic damages that may occur. Theft is the responsibility of the renter only.

All boats are covered by Tow Boat’s commercial towing coverage for any mechanical issues. This covers all breakdowns. For all other groundings, negligence, accidents or running out of gas that would require towing, the cost is the responsibility of the renter.

All Renters must be 35 years of age or older or be 28 yrs old and possess a FL Safe Boater Card. If you’ve successfully completed an official boating safety course in another state that is approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA), your boater education card is welcome in every state that requires mandatory boater education.

Our cancellation policy: the deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of the reservation, for any reason, including inclement weather. However, it will be honored for a year and can be used toward a future rental. If there is inclement weather, you may reschedule, drop to fewer days if you have multiple day rental or push the dates out,  providing we have availability. We can not guarantee the same boat will be available. The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is received in writing one calendar month or more prior to the rental start date. We can not refund deposits when cancellation notice is received less than one calendar month before the rental start date. We can not accept cancellation of any rental days once the rental has commenced. No refunds for early returns of the boat or bad weather. Same day cancellations will constitute a full charge of the balance due.

Day rentals are To/From Cape Harbour Marina and our day rental hours are from 8:30 am-4:00 pm.  Late fees will be charged if returning later than designated times.
